Nauticat 35 from 1987.

With a Nauticat 35, no weather is too bad nor the sea too big. This is a boat that extends the season while enjoying the outside helming on nice summer days. The Nauticat 35 sails really well and much better than its older sister boats.

From the saloon you have a nice 360 degree view of the surroundings from the u-shaped sofa. Here the whole crew has room for a nice evening meal. During the voyage, the crew can socialize in the wheelhouse without disturbing the helmsman. You have a nice overview from the helmsman's seat and all instruments well placed within reach and view. The wheelhouse also has good storage. In this boat, the extra refrigerator has been built into a previous cabinet here.

Aft under the poopdeck, this boat has a very large owner's cabin. There is a very large queen size berth, lots of light from windows on both sides and aft and there is amble storage and a private toilet with shower. Half a flight of stairs down from the saloon you find a large longitudinal kitchenette. Good and plenty of storage in both cabinets and drawers, double sinks and a solid fridge. At port side a second toilet with shower. In the bow a nice guest cabin, also here with good storage and an extra berth.

Above deck in the stern you will find the outer helm position. From its elevated position, you have very good control of the boat under way. Aft you have a nice bathing platform.

The Nauticat 35 is a boat that you will enjoy owning. This boat has full teak decks which require serious maintenance, hence the lower sales price. Quotes are available from a local yard to take off the teak and and paint the deck with KiwiGrip instead.
