Bavaria 39 Cruiser from 2007 ready for a new sailing season

The Bavaria 39 Cruiser is a modern sailboat from German Bavaria. The designers J&J have once again succeeded in the feat of creating a modern "cruiser". The size is well balanced, and the moderate draft means that the boat, despite its size, can enter most places both in Danish waters, as well as in the nearby Swedish archipelago, and at the same time function safely also out at the open seas. The floor plan and spaciousness means, that you can be many people on board, a fantastic boat for the family and friends.

The boat also sails very well, and most people will probably be surprised at how well (see the link to the attached text from Norwegian Seilas). In other words, a spacious, easy-to-handle and relatively fast cruiser.

Large longitudinal pantry, two toilets, both with showers, comfortable double berths in three cabins, make the boat optimal and set the stage for several people staying on board for very long periods.

This Bavaria 39 Cruiser from 2007 has been very well taken care of. There is a Seldén Furlin furling mast and the Furlex furling genoa, which guarantees good sailing and very easy sail handling.

The four-cylinder, 38-horsepower Volvo Penta D2-40 ensures peace of mind when running. In combination with the powerful bow thruster, the boat is easily and simply handled in all situations and narrow spaces.

All in all, an ideal combination of space, function and sailing pleasure and just like always with Bavaria, it is "a lot of boat for the money".

The current owner has made a number of updates and, among other things, changed the antifouling paint to the new Biocide-free SilicOne from Hempel, which means that you can sail in all areas with a clear conscience, and only have to rinse the boat after the end of the sailing season. Furthermore she has just been equipped with new cushions in the man cabin, had her electronics updated and a new plotter from Raymarine has been added.

She has just been launched and rigged. All you need to do is pack your summer gear, jump on board and go sailing!
