X-46 cruiser/racer with tons of upgrades and complete refit

This X-46 is the perfect boat for both competitive racing and more relaxed, yet high-performance cruising with friends or family.
Equipped with a deep keel, a carbon fiber mast, wheel, and rudder, along with numerous other performance-enhancing solutions, this boat is built for fast sailing.
Following a recently completed full refit, it is equally at home in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, or further afield.Designed and built by Denmark's X-Yachts, the X-46 represents world-renowned Scandinavian craftsmanship and quality.Below deck, the X-46 offers a large and bright saloon with new upholstery and plenty of space for a larger crew or family and friends.
There is ample headroom throughout, including in the cabins and heads, giving the yacht a truly spacious feel.The saloon also features a dedicated navigation station. On the port side is a long galley equipped with a renewed gas stove, refrigerator, and sink.The stern features two identical, mirror-image cabins, both of which are also equipped with sea berths.Adjacent to the aft cabins is a separate head/shower compartment, while the owner's cabin in the bow features an en-suite head, which has recently been upgraded with an electric toilet.
Overall, the X-46 offers abundant interior space and storage for all gear, including wetsuits and spare sails.
The wide cockpit is designed for true sailing and allows for efficient operations even with a larger crew. The cockpit also features renewed cushioned flooring.The large carbon fiber wheel is painted white, providing effortless and precise steering feedback with excellent forward visibility. Oversized winches, ropes, and fittings are optimally placed for efficient handling, even short-handed.The recently upgraded electronics include, among other things, two 10-inch Sailmon color displays on the mast, a chartplotter, VHF radio, AIS system, and best-in-class sensors.Additionally, the boat features high-end network and mobile connectivity.
Audio is provided by a Fusion stereo system and B&W speakers.The entire electrical system has been rebuilt around Mastervolt components, a 170 A Balmar alternator, and LiFePO4 batteries.The hull and transom above the waterline have been wrapped in the factory's original blue color.
In addition, the deck has been polished, giving the boat a near-mint appearance.
This X-46 has been with its current owner since 2018. It has been meticulously maintained and upgraded with no expense spared.
During the winter, the boat has always been stored in a heated hall.The boat is registered under the Finnish flag, EU VAT is paid, and it is currently available for viewing hauled out in Tallinn.
The seller is also ready to have a condition inspection carried out by a third party at their own expense before the final sale.
