Anthem is a true "one-off" yacht built to the highest standards. Anthem is the kind of yacht that will never limit you, whatever the plans. The second owner is now putting this fast and feisty beauty on the market!

Anthem is a beautiful 54-fot Bill Tripp design, built in 1996. Anthem was originally commissioned for an American lawyer from New England. Anthem was built to highest quality levels by Yachting Development in New Zealand.

Anthem was meticulously cared for, with among other things a major upgrade and refit to the amlunt $ 500 000 completed for the 2001 season.

The standard of the interior is very high and comes across as both modern and in excellent condition to this day. The images, taken by us this fall, is a testament of this.

The layout of the yacht works equally well under way as it does in port, with a great owner’s state room up front, as well as good sea-berths suitable for passage-making. The joinery of the woodwork is truly exceptional and all upholstery is in good shape.

All installations are excellent and easily accessible., with among other things a 100 Hp Yanmar main engine. Longer cruises are a pleasure, and supported by 800 l of diesel and 900 l of water. For coastal cruising a 100 l septic tank adds convenience.

The rigging is powerful but at the same time easy to handle. Modern for the times, a lot of the power lies in the main-sail, which means that when cruising the main would be accompanied by a smaller genoa-jib for upwind sailing and a gennaker or a code-sail for downwind sailing. This is all aided by electrical winches and a park-avenue boom. Very convenient.

The topsides and the deck is ready for a re-spray, but apart from that here is an opportunity to get a powerful yacht, suitable for anything from coastal hopping with family and friends, via the occasional handicap racing, to sailing around the world in any direction. Tons of equipment and spares shortens the prep time. What are you waiting for?

A trade-in of a smaller yacht could be considered.
