Hanse 371 - 3 Cabin version from 2005

The Hanse 371 is a performance cruiser designed by Judel & Vrolijk. J&V is a design house for many Cruiser and Racers for various shipyards, but was contracted by Hanse as a house designer with the aim to create fast family boats with a mix of modern and classic design.

A Hanse sails very well, and since J&V came into the picture, it has also been given an alternative and modern layout, which now several other boat brands have tried to copy.
J&V especially came up with the idea of using the chart table as an alternative use as a smaller dinette arrangement opposite the large saloon table. This particularly enable you to utilize the wide hull in a completely new way. The ship's toilet was also placed centrally just opposite the pantry at the companionway, so that the space is used optimally with easy access both from the cockpit during cruising, and from the three cabins below.
J&V also extended the width of the hull aft, which results in ample room for two very spacious aft cabins, with full-length berths (2.0m) and a width comparable to the bed at home (1,46m).

The pantry is large and well-functioning both in port and at sea. The salon is large and spacious, but also cosy, as they have chosen to mix white bulkheads and panels with shiny woodwork in cherry wood. There is ample storage space throughout.

The Hanse 371's deck layout with self-tacking jib and steering wheel makes her q very easy boat to handle even single handed. This Hanse 371 is very well maintained by its first and current owner, who unfortunately has to part with the boat for personal reasons.

This Hanse 371 is one of the last built and has some upgrades from standard. This is a three-cabin version and it has been equipped with the larger engine of 39 HP compared to the standard 29 HP. The boat has also been fitted with a bow platform from Båtsystem, which facilitates easy access to the boat considerably. The boat has solar panels, a bow thruster with variable speed, and the current owner has just invested in a brand new jib from Gran Segel in Limhamn - never used.

The saildrive membrane was replaced in 2024, the underwater hull totally redone with new epoxy treatment and a new Flex-O-Fold three blade prop mounted also in 2024.
