The Hallberg-Rassy shipyard in Ellös is known for its well-planned design with the highest finish and class in the carpentry. The 37 is no exception.

The Hallberg-Rassy 37 is designed to enjoy being out at sea with the safety of the center cockpit and the remarkably stable sailing characteristics in any condition. At the same time, the boat is extremely comfortable to live on board with large spaces below deck.

In the stern of the boat it caters a spacious aft cabin and in the bow a large v-berth cabin both with plenty of stowage space in cabinets and below the berths. In the center of the boat there is a lounge with two full length berths, a u-formed kitchenette that enable cooking at any seastate, an amble navigation table and a toilet with shower.

Underneath the cockpit with easy access from the companionway leading from the salon to the aft cabin you find the "walk in" engine room, one of the wow factors of this boat. This engine room is gigantic and everything is easily accessible frm within. You can even fit a generator in there, and from the cockpit locker you can store further equipment directly into the engine room compartment via a waterproof hatch in the floor of the locker.

The Hallberg-Rassy 37 is the second generation German Frers-designed Hallberg-Rassy's, ​​where the sailing characteristics have been further sharpened with a wider stern and an extended waterline. This boat has no limitations, having been built for sailing in Nordic waters, or down to the Mediterranean, or for a lap or two around the world. Everything is possible with a Hallberg-Rassy 37.

This boat has been kept very well by its first and only owner having been stored covered ashore every winter, which you can see by the remarkable state of its teak decks. It was ordered with a furling mast and in addition been equipped with a selftacking system, which makes it extremely simple to handle also single handed. The engine has been serviced by professionals every year, and otherwise the boat has been equipped with all you need for a comfortable voyage.
