A lavish and well maintained Dufour 40E Performance from 2010. The boat truly has a bit of “extra everything" with many tasteful extra options provided by the yard such as the incredibly beautiful teak deck which is vacuum glued. Launched in 2010, the Dufour 40 E is an ultra-modern cruiser and racer. The model won the Gotland Runt in its class in the summer of 2010.

She is being sold by her first owner who has continuously upgraded and cared for the boat well.

Always maintained and serviced by the yard, as well as always being stored indoors during the winter.

The boat has everything one expects in this class in the form of a fast and stylish hull signed Umberto Felci/Patrick Roséo. Furthermore, it has a well-functioning layout in the cockpit, on deck, and below deck for sailing and harbour life.

The equipment is something that stands out in terms of both comfort and technology.

For example, there is a specially sewn sprayhood and cockpit tent for added comfort. There is also a custom-made cockpit table, which is slightly larger than the original, foldable and with footrest. The upgraded larger 55hp engine and 3-blade folding propeller together with the folding bow thruster make docking easier and safer.

When you go below deck you are struck by the boat’s spaciousness. Its spaciousness leads to a bright and fresh interior.

The L-shaped galley is located directly to port and offers a lot of space. Anyone who likes to cook will really enjoy this boat. The generous 180-liter fridge can be opened from the top as well as through a side hatch, making it easy to plan and find what you are looking for.

Good storage room and many storage areas are a big plus with this boat. There’s a double sink with fresh water (warm and cold) and a nice solution of an integrated foot pump in the sink for sea water. Gas powered stove with oven for quick and easy heating/cooking.

Both aft cabins are spacious and have good storage for clothes and other luggage.

The ceiling height is 195cm and the berth dimensions are a full 200x134cm with comfortable latex mattresses.

The toilet (one of two) is easily accessible on the starboard side directly adjacent to the companionway. 

Here you can also shower and get ready after a long day of sailing.

The saloon is very open and has a ceiling height of 193cm. At least 8 people can be seated around the folding dining table and the comfortable sofas.

One of the sofas can be converted into a double berth if you have an extra number of guests on board. 

Opposite the kitchen is the navigation station, a clever solution for the chair that can be "angled" out and spun around. Great when you are many, need extra seating and want to gather around the TV, for example to watch an important football match :) 

Here, there is enough space for charts or working on your computer. 

If you go further below deck, you will find the front cabin and the second toilet on the port side. Again, there is a sink, shower and toilet (no septic tank). The toilet is directly adjacent to the generously sized forward cabin with extra long berths and more latex matresses.

Great lighting from both skylight and two portlights. Lots of storage possibilities in the wardrobe, cupboards, shoe storage, pull-out drawer under the bed and bookshelf.

In short, this is a lovely boat that has everything you need for an enjoyable stay on board!
