Beneteau Oceanis 45

Oceanise 45 is a popular performance cruising sailboat designed by Finot Conq Architectes. The popularity of the boat is due not least to the appointment of the prestigious award "2012 European Yacht of the Year:Family Cruiser",where the international jury's choice is justified by good and safe sailing characteristics compared to a modern design, and spaciousness and layout.
The boat was built between 2011 and 2018 by Bénéteau.

We have the pleasure of offering this fine copy of the Oceanis 45 in the popular 3-cabin version from 2012 for sale. The boat is the deep keel version, which with L-shaped keel profile with bulgeb, and the deep center of gravity adds extra performance to the boat's sailing characteristics, which are especially expressed at upwind. The boat appears in well maintained and updated condition and fully equipped for cruising and long distance, and with several updates made in recent years, including cutter stay with furler, gennaker, stainless steel Ultra anchor and RIB with aluminum floor and Yamaha 2.5 HP 4-stroke.

The boat has only had 2 owners and has only been sailed by the owners, no charter.

The boat appears with dark blue gelcoat freeboard as well as teak on deck, in cockpit and on transom.

This is a very spacious boat, on and below deck, where neither quality nor equipment have been compromised. With a beam of 4.50 meter, where the max beam is fully aft at the stern, causes a very large and spacious cockpit, as well as 2 very spacious cabins below the cockpit. , in general a well-disposed layout below deck with plenty of space everywhere and plenty of stowage space.

Combined with good and safe sailing performance, this makes this boat a good choice- even for a larger crew with long-term stays on board. But very much also a boat that speaks to the small crew, with its simple and safe handling due to features such as Dock and Go engine operation, bow propeller, furling mainsail and furling genoa as well as electric winches. A true blue water cruiser approved for sailing all over the world.

The cockpit is equipped with 2 steering wheels as well as a large stationary cockpit table, a solid targa arch with mainsheet installation preventing the mainsheet system to take up space in the cockpit. Large sprayhood as well as a large bimini  

 

 

with separate canvas side walls. Very large electrically operated transom as well as  removable stainless steel davits for boarding the rib.

The boat is equipped with the powerfule Yanmar 54 HP Commonrail diesel engine, with the unique sail drives with Dock and Go, which in conjunction with bow thruster gives the boat some quite unique manoeuvrability, and the opportunity to sail the boat sideways by maneuver and docking.

The interior is tastefully made in Alpi mahogany. All cushions in salon are made of soft cream-colored  

leather from 2018, and with the following protecting covers in the same color.

Below deck, the interior layout is characterized by spacious open and light salon with panoramic windows in cabin roof and in hull. Aft in port side is the well-disposed L-shaped pantry with plenty of stowage space, fridge and freeze capacity. In starboard large toilet with separate shower, as well as 2 spacious cabins aft in starboard and port side. In the bow the spacious owner’s cabin with separate toilet and shower.
