Become Båtagent’s new broker in the Turku area

We are looking for a yacht broker in the Turku region who wants to run their own business under the well-known Båtagent brand.
As a franchise partner with Båtagent, you’ll become part of a strong network of brokers across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Poland.

About the Role
You will operate your own company and manage yacht brokerage within your geographic area, building up your local network. You’ll handle the entire sales process — from meeting clients at the docks, photographing and marketing the boats, to finalizing the sale and delivering the boat to its new owner.
While you work independently, you’ll have access to an engaged team of colleagues and full support in the form of digital platforms, marketing materials, and operational assistance.

We believe you:
Have a genuine interest in boats and a good knowledge of boating life in Finland
– Are social, thorough, and trustworthy
– Have experience in sales, running your own business, or similar roles
– Have good language skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English
Most importantly, you’re motivated to build long-term customer relationships and conduct business professionally.
