2023-04-20The Moody 41 AF (Aft Cockpit) combines classic style with a modern design, a lovely blend of old and new. All equipment is carefully chosen from the best brands without saving on the quality.

The great sailing performance comes from its moder hull form, deep fin keel, and powerful sailing rig with an easy-handling self-tacking jib.

Twin helms keep the cockpit open and spacious and makes her easy to sail also shorthanded. The mainsheet is forward of the sprayhood keeping the cockpit clear and safe for the crew.
The transom has a fold down swim platform making getting on and off easy, but as closed gives a safe and protected cockpit with fixed sturdy windscreen. Outdoor you find a lot of stowage and there is also a dedicated place for e.g. a life raft.

Below decks, you experience a beautiful and handmade interior in teak.
The saloon is spacious with U-shaped sofa and large table to starboard. To port is the navigation station or “office table”. The functional pentry is aft in the saloon and has a lot of working space, a practical fridge with two openings and a stove with oven.
All windows are openable for efficient ventilation.
Indoor you find a lot of smart solutions and plenty of storage lockers.

The bathroom is to the port and has a practical, separate shower.

The owner’s cabin in the front has a wide and comfortable bed and the two aft cabins are surprisingly spacious.

Winter stored in a warm hall in Borgå / Porvoo 1 hours east from Helsinki in Finland.
