LM Mermaid 315 from 1985 with building number 28. A total of 65 LM Mermaid 315 were built between 1983 and 1989. The Mermaid 315 is to this day a popular boat on the second-hand market.
The boat, with its 31 feet and good width, is spacious and well-furnished below deck. Good for cabin with double bunk. Hallway with cupboards and separate toilet room. A spacious salon with a large salon table and the possibility of transforming both sofas into double bunks. Well-disposed pantry with oven and fridge at the entrance of the starboard side. Good full-length jack bunk on the port side and with convenient pull-out card table. All in all, a nice and well-maintained boat about below deck.
The LM Mermaid 315 is known for its good build quality and good and safe sailing performance. The boat is equipped with the original Bukh diesel engine, which is known to be a strong and reliable engine that also in this case runs impeccably. The boat has a large and deep cockpit with tiller with all halyards led back to the cockpit. The boat has fiberglass decks and teak on cockpit bunks. There is a newer Profurl furling system for the genoa, and both genoa and the mainsail are of recent date, and in very good condition. The boat has sailed very little in recent years.
The boat is in original and predominantly good age-appropriate condition. Neither the hull nor coach roof has fiberglass damage or repairs, and a professional polish will be able to bring the boat's gelcoat back to original glory
