LM 35 Vitesse Cabrio

Completely renovated and optimized LM 35 Vitesse Cabrio is hereby offered for sale. It offers a rare LM 35 Vitesse, a model of which only 14 examples have been built in total.

The LM 35 Vitesse is the last construction from the renowned LM Shipyard. A boat where more emphasis was placed on the sailing performance and the experience that LM had gained with the one-off racing projects Vitesse 52 and LM 30. And, incidentally, the first boat from LM that was not a double ender. At the same time, the high quality and comfort of the previous models Mermaid and LM 30/32 was maintained, and precisely the unique interior design that a doghouse contributes. All in all, a boat that was ahead of its time in terms of rethinking interior design and comfort and staying on board, while not compromising on sailing characteristics.
This example has in recent years been updated in many points, where interchangeably can be mentioned new engine, bow thruster, electric windlass, new chart plotter, specially designed bathing platform with integrated swim ladder, new sails, all halyards and sheets replaced, as well as all blocks, new mooring lines and fenders, new cockpit tent, new boom cover, new cockpit cushions, new specially sewn carpets, skylight in salon coach roof, new rudder bearings, complete new bottom antifouling treatment and much more.
The boat has a 2 m long cockpit protected by the doghouse with pantry on the port side and steering position/navigation area on the starboard side, as well as with a descent to the aft cabin with double berth. Steering position outside with tiller and inside with steering wheel. The engine and bow thruster can be operated both from the cockpit and inside in the doghouse. All halyards and sheets are operated from the cockpit.
Below dec is spacious salon with longitudinal sofa in port and angular sofa to starboard with large saloon table. In the bow double berth separated from the saloon with door, cabinet wall to port and enclosed toilet/shower to starboard.
