Lagoon 400 S2

Rarely available in Scandinavia, this Lagoon 400 is a lot of boat into its 40-foot. If you look after large overview from deck, maximum space and day light, shallow anchorages and sailing in confort without heeling, this is your boat. And as cat(amaran) owners are saying "once on a cat, always on a cat!".

The lagoon 400 have been sold worldwide since production began in 2009 until 2017 and is considered one of the French builder’s most successful models with more than 400 units produced.

There is a clear feeling of safety and confort going 360 degres around the large deck and roof, and its high bridgedeck being high-set to reduce wave slap and impact stress on the structure. The forward and aft compartments of each hull are sealed by watertight bulkheads.
Despite her large beam, manoeuvrability with the 2 Yanmar engines makes berthing really joyful and easy.
Cockpit lounging is relaxed, especially with a full cockpit tent which has been newly installed this spring 2026 for our rougher northern climate. While the easy sliding-door is open , a large double saloon space is then available saloon with the galley in between. There's no step between cockpit and saloon. Broad stairways and platforms on each transom lead logically to the water.
A portside steering station comes with three halyard and sheet winches (electrical and manual) and can be open-air or covered with zip-on covers protecting the skipper.
This S2 model has enhanced cabin space, with widened double berths in all cabin versions. The owner's cabin takes up the starboard hull with bathroom and two double cabins in the port hull with one bathroom each.

The first owner is selling after having sailed in the mediterranean and now in the baltic. The boat has shared its time being sailed privately and in charter, which however show a boat in very good condition in the interior and exterior, having been cautiously maintained.
