Hallberg-Rassy 43 from 2006, one of the best "blue-water" sail-boats that has seen the light of day in its class. Feel free to sail comfortably in any archipelago or on any ocean. Feel free to dream big. This is a very nice example of this model with one owner since new.

Germán Frers designed the Hallberg-Rassy 43 as the successor to the Hallberg-Rassy 42F. Hallberg-Rassy 43 was built between 2001 and 2016 in 199 units, and can be seen on all the world's oceans.

The Hallberg-Rassy 43 is designed for maximum comfort in all conditions. The build quality is as always on a Hallberg-Rassy, absolute top class. The design is timeless and appealing even to the most discerning owners.

The layout below deck is classic and very well laid out. Directly to starboard of the companion way, the spacious, U-shaped, sea-going galley is located. On the port side of the companion way, you will find the navigation station, and directly behind it,
the passage to the aft cabin. The aft cabin has its own toilet with a separate shower. This aft, “owners cabin” has a very spacious feeling.
In front of the companion way, the salon is located, with a L-shaped sofa on the port side and on the starboard side, two very comfortable armchairs can be found. On this Hallberg-Rassy 43 the armchairs have been updated with the very latest version from Hallberg-Rassy, this after the current owner tested the “new and improved” armchairs and could not resist. Next to the L-shaped sofa is the solid and beautiful dining table. The front cabin, like the aft cabin, has its own toilet with a separate shower. The washing machine is also located here.

This Hallberg-Rassy 43 has been owned since new by the current owner and has been very well cared for, alweays with winter storage indoors with full service. Since 2009, Bröderna Martisson in Svineviken in Orust, one of the better known Hallberg-Rassy service yards, has cared for the boat during the off-season. The boat has been continuously updated with, among other things, very nice sail (see the equipment list, link below). In 2009, a brand new Volvo Penta D2-75F was installed, this after the original engine was severely damaged, likely due to a production fault.

The Hallberg-Rassy 43 is a brilliant long-distance sailor. If you plan for comfortable sailing anywhere and anytime, this is one of the best yachts anywhere.
