Grand Soleil 43

The Grand Soleil 43 suits the interested sailor looking for a high-performance sailboat with style and elegance. Here you get a sailboat that not only performs at the highest level but also looks fantastic. This boat is very well maintained and well maintained. The teak deck is neat, clean and complete. Inside, all cushions and wooden details are almost strangely fresh and unworn.

The Grand Soleil 43 is a smooth sailing beauty and extremely well equipped. The boat offers everything you could wish for in terms of sailing experiences and comfort.
The model is designed by Botin & Carkeek and manufactured by Cantiere del Pardo in Italy. A shipyard founded in 1973 and known for building boats of very high quality, sharp sailing characteristics and beautiful design. The positive qualities also continue inside, with a well-thought-out floor plan and high-quality woodwork.

The Grand Soleil 43 has a spacious salon with a generous size dining area and a corner galley on the starboard side. There is also a WC/shower and navigation table here. Aft there are two mirror-facing cabins with double berths and plenty of storage, Förpiken is dedicated to the owners with a large centered double berth and own WC/Shower, and of course plenty of wardrobes and storage spaces here as well.

In the cockpit, all winches, bulkheads and trim lines are located where you want them to be for fun and fast sailing. Here you enjoy cruising sailing with 1-2 people just as well as a full crew in a regatta. Well moored, there is plenty of room for many people seated for pleasant socializing in the evening.

This is a 43-footer which, in terms of performance and sailing, can be compared with significantly more expensive boats, e.g. Arcona 430 or X-43.

In recent years, the boat has sailed in Galicia and Portugal. All but two years it has been on land over the winter. Maintenance and engine service have taken place continuously year after year. Last engine service performed in May 2024. The boat has never been used for charter sailing or rental. Only one owner and a few people on board, which is evidenced by the fine condition of the interior.

When I (Båtagent's broker) visited the boat at the beginning of May 2024, it was in Vigo, Galicia. In mid-May, she goes ashore for "spring armouring", bottom washing, overhaul, bottom painting, etc. When this is done, the boat is sailed to Nazaré in Portugal.

A first showing is planned for June 14.
