Baltic 43

Baltic 43, an iconic model from the famous Baltic Yachts yard with lines drawn by Judel&Vrolijk. A comprehensive refit in 2007-2008 with contimous updates in its current ownership.

Baltic 43 is the second design by Judel&Vrolijk for Baltic Yachts with the Baltic 35 being the first and the Baltic 40 being the third. This Baltic 43 is number 13, built in 1987. The Baltic 43 was built until 2001 in a total of 47 yachts.

This Baltic 43 underwent a comprehensive refit in its previous, dutch, ownership. This refit included among other things new glued teak decks, new standing rod rigging, and a re-spray of the hull in white Awlgrip. In its current ownership a Volvo Penta D2-40 was installed in 2026 and Navtec hydraulics were serviced and updated between 2023 and 2026. The main sail is from 2023 and the furling genua, 130 %, is from 2019. A bow-thruster was installed in 2023 and the electrical system was updated between 2023 and 2025. The boat is in very good order.

The model is a cruiser/racer of the era, with the classic Baltic layout of an owners aft cabin, with an en-suite bathroom, and a dual companionway. The saloon has a wrap around sofa around the dining area with the galley in the passage way aft. In front of the mast there are dual guest cabins and a bathroom.
