Altena 49

Altena 49 is built in the Netherlands, the country that for many years has built a reputation in the marine industry for building high-quality boats in steel. And Altena 49 from Altena Yachting is no exception.

This is a well-maintained and updated boat in overall good condition, where the current owner, with a background as a marine engineer in commercial shipping, has taken pride in keeping the boat in good shape, which not least the engine room expresses. Receipts are available for a recent major engine refit of more than EUR 15.000, where new impairs, pistons, turbo, intercooler and more have been added. Note only 10 engine hours since main overhaul.
The boat has just been in dock for a major overhaul and has had the bottom cleaned and applied new antifouling, as well as replaced all zinc anodes.
The boat is furnished with open plan, which gives a good sense of space. You arrive on the boat's teak equipped aft deck, from which there is direct access via sliding door to the deck lounge on the same level. The salon is furnished with sofa arrangement as well as steering position. The salon is covered with new carpets. From the saloon you walk three steps down to the large pantry on port and with dining area to starboard. Further on in the bow there is a toilet and separate bathroom. Furthest forward in the bow owners’ cabin with large double berth and lockers. Both sofa arrangement and dining area can be converted into double bunks.
