Swan 48 CB - S/y Catalina II, a fantastic yacht in great condition with a long list of updates made over the past years.

Swan 48 is designed by German Frers and built by the famous Nautor. In the years 1995-2003 Nautor built 57 Swan 48 whereof 2 were the "Center Board" version.

 

Catalina II was built as a "High Performance" luxury cruising yacht, which could easily be handled by two people. It has sailed entirely in the Finnish and Swedish archipelago, Åbo-Stockholm. Every winter it has been stored on a yard and maintained professionally by skilled workers and held pedantically by its owner.

 

Catalina II is now for sale by the third owner since she was new. The first owner (Swedish) had the boat in Stockholm and stored at Winberg's Boatyard during the winters. The second owner never sailed with the boat that was kept at the Swan Center YBY - Karleby / Finland (2006-2010) during that years.

It is fully equipped, a lot of updates has been done, professionally maintained and winter storage in a warm hall at Swan Center - D-Marin - Dalsbruk / Finland.
