Najad 391

Najad 391-1998. A fabulous cruising yacht, well equipped and in very good condition, ready for new owners.

The Najad 391 is a well planned boat, and a quality build from Orust on the west coast of Sweden This example is extremely well-maintained. The boat was originally Najadvarvet’s exhibition boat, and is equipped with lots of nice optional extras. The current owner, who is number 3, is now selling this incredibly nice boat.

The boat has always been stored indoors. The interior is assembled with almost excessive quality requirements. Beautiful woodwork from floor to ceiling throughout the entire boat provides a luxury feel and comfort onboard.

 

The layout is designed for a sailing couple, or a family with two children wanting comfortable boating. In the stern there is an owner's cabin, a large stern cabin with a substantial double berth, plenty of cupboards and compartments for stowage and a small sofa. In the bow you will find a slightly smaller cabin, but one that for a 39 footer, is an unusually spacious forward cabin. There is a separate shower area that can also serve as a drying room for wet clothing.

 

Furthermore, there is a spacious lounge with a large sofa and space for everyone around the table. The navigation area is located to starboard.  The bathroom is spacious and has both toilet and shower (however not separated). The galley is L-shaped and well-planned with plenty of workspaces and a large fridge, as well as a freezer.

 

This is a boat that the prospective long distance sailor needs to see, as well as anyone who is dreaming of a really nice Orust build in mint condition! The boat is being sold at its winter site and the cost of preparing it for the new season is the responsibility of the buyer.
