Malø 45 Classic

This is a unique opportunity to acquire a Malø 45 in very good and updated shape. The boat has only been sailed by the owners in Scandinavia, no charter, and has been stored inside every winter where it has been serviced by professional boat yard. Over the last 4 years more than 500.000 DKK has been invested in the boat.

The Malø 45 Classic model is distinguished by, among others, a large cockpit that feels like a protected center cockpit but is larger and has better space than the classic center cockpit boats. There is room for 6 people in front of the steering wheel and 3 behind. In front of the steering wheel there is a fold-down table for 4 with an extension that easily accommodates 6 people. If the steering wheel is removed, a small table with space for another 3-4 people can be mounted.

The fixed targa arch keeps the mainsheet and boom clear of the cockpit and the crew clear of mainsheet.

The boat can be sailed and operated singlehanded by virtue of electrically operated mainsail in roller mast and electric genoa, as well as stern thrusters and bow thruster. Everything is operated by push buttons and 3 electric winches from the helmsman.

Below deck there are 2 aft cabins with a single berth to port side, where a double bed can easily be adapted. There is ample storage space with 2 hanger cabinets, 5 other lockers and access to the engine room.

Starboard aft cabin is with full double bed with ample stowage space and large double closet and 3 separate lockers.

To port there is a large pantry with gas stove and oven and ample workspace and storage space as well as 2 refrigerators, one with freezer. All portlights and skylights can be opened for ventilation.

Opposite the panty is the nav station with large chart table. This includes storage in 4 large drawers and a closet.

The salon is spacious with room for 6 people in the U sofa and the beautiful mahogany table can be folded out to double size and rotated, so you can also sit from the sofa in port side. Both sofas can function as single bunks.

There is plenty of space in the many cabinets, one of which hides the TV. There is space under both sofas for storage. In addition, 2 bar cabinets with room for 30 bottles to stand safely. There is a separate glass cabinet with space for safe storage of all types of glass.

The cabin is "owners cabin" with huge double bed which is almost 2 meters wide. There is access to a private toilet with sink, as well as a separate shower room with cupboard space. The cabin is very spacious and contains plenty of storage space with 2 large drawers, 2 double cabinets with seating on each side and another 3 cabinets on each side. A further storage at the front of the boat, which also makes the berth wider towards the bow.There are heat outlets in all rooms from 2 separate webasto heaters.
