The Hallberg-Rassy 42F MKII designed by German Frers is a very popular and comfortable cruising yacht for which distance is no object. This is a unique opportunity to acquire the respected HR-42F MKII. This boat is in very good and updated shape and with two owners only, where the first owner sailed the boat for 19 years. The boat has only been sailed by the owners and has been stored inside every winter where it has been serviced by professional boat yard. The boat is in winter storage in Denmark, and is ready for launch equipped with new antifouling, hull and coach roof polishing and full engine service. The boat is only waiting to be handed over to a new owner as soon as the spring arrives.

Hallberg-Rassy 42F MKII from 2000 with building number 142. A total of 181 HR-42s were built in the period 1994-2001, with 128 boats being built in the MKII version. The HR-42 is today a highly sought-after boat in the second-hand market.

The great popularity is not least due to the Hallberg-Rassy brand, and the unsurpassed quality that permeates all the boat models. The HR-42 is another good example of a modern Hallberg-Rassy designed by renowned Argentine designer German Frers, where good and stable sailing characteristics come together, along with a good and safe center cockpit and a well-utilized interior design, with very good comfort, and unobstructed passage for shelter from one end of the boat to the other. A boat that invites you to stay on board.

The boat is spacious with a good layout below deck. The well-known Hallberg-Rassy layout below deck in the center cockpit boats really comes into its own when you get up to 42 feet, where there is good passage to the spacious aft cabin past the large navstation area and unobstructed access to the large engine compartment. The aft cabin is equipped with spacious toilet with shower.

There is also a large and closed cabin area with its own toilet in the bow. In addition, of course, a spacious salon and a well-appointed pantry area with all the necessities and capacity for long stays on board.

Both fiberglass, teak deck and teak interior all appear neat and well maintained, and give the impression of a boat that has been looked after and cared for by the owners throughout the years.

The boat's safe seaworthiness is supported by easy handling, thanks to a strong and efficient engine supported by bow thruster, as well as simple sail handling thanks to electrically operated in mast furling mainsail and furling genoa. A very well-maintained HR-42 to be experienced. The boat is ready for new adventures with a new owner.
