The Elan 37 is a beautiful and fast sailboat designed by Rob Humphreys for Elan. There is a great cockpit designed for sailing, but also to be thoroughly enjoyed both in port and at anchor.

Below deck, there are three cabins, saloon, galley and a toilet. All the expected creature comforts are included. The boat was acquired by the current Swedish owner in 2018 in Genoa, Italy and then sailed to the current port, Kilada in Greece, about 2.5 hours from Athens airport. The current owner acquired the boat from an Italian private owner through a broker in Italy. The boat has been used by the current owner about 4 weeks a year. The rest of time the boat has spent on the hard, being well covered. A nice boat that is both well updated and well maintained.
