Dehler 38 Competition is a perfect combination of a spacious crusing and racing sailingyacht.
Dehler 38 C impresses with sailing and racing performance and its bright, modern interior. The boat received the 2014 "European Yacht of the Year" award in the Performance cruiser class. Dehler 38 C is equipped with a high mast in carbon fiber and a deep T-keel. This is a boat that is easy to steer and with good trim possibilities. The bulkhead is of German model and lies on the winches at the aft and can be trimmed by the skipper, practical if you want to sail "shorthanded". You usually sail Dehler 38 in cup to seven knots. At open winds you reach up at 9-10 knots speed.
The production of Dehler 38 is of high quality. The hull is made of hand fitted fiberglass. The joint between hull and tire is specially fitted with epoxy, which further enhances the rigidity of the boat.
The boat has got the best available equipments with Volvo Penta engine, Seldén rig and Lewmar Race Plus winches, as well as B & G instruments.
