Designed for a racing crew or more simply for a couple enjoying a ride, this version splashed in spring 2010 has all what you can expect from a racing cruising version.
This Bénéteau First 35 has the performance rig with rod rigging and spinnaker gear fitted.
Her hybrid cockpit is big enough for the shoulder to shoulder racing and secure enough for cruising.
Below decks there’s plenty of light and space, a neutral colour palette, clean lines and clever design.
The First 35 saloon is the same size as the First 40, with headroom at least 1.85m throughout.
The saloon table is a clever piece of engineering. From a two-leaved table for four, pull a toggle and it folds down into a convivial coffee table.
With 2 double cabins, the double cabin door in the forward bulkhead is practical, making access to the forecabin easy, it really opens up the saloon, increasing the sense of space.
In the L-shaped navigation station there’s a folding stool, just next to the galley with shower and toilet.
She is ready to cast the lines with 6 headsails (3 spinnakers) in very good shape.
