X-362 Classic from 1997 with loads of upgrades. A true performance cruiser in all aspects. The X-362 Classic was built as a performance cruiser and is by many said to be one of the most beautiful initially and attractive 36 foot Performance cruisers ever built. This model won a lot of races and was later followed by the Race version X-362 Sport with fraction rig and more deep keel. A total of 93 units were built from 1993 – 1998.
This X-362 is from 1997 and hence one of the latter of the Classic version with the latest accommodation modifications. She has a Modern 3 cabin layout with a large cabin starboard aft, a huge heads port aft, center line pantry and dining area and a fairly huge owners cabin forward.
You can easily sail this boat shorthanded with the main and a foresail alone and still be one of the fastest around however; should you have the racing crew on board, you will find a load of sails in the equipment list to fit the wind and weather conditions and make her a very fast competitor to anyone who will take her on.
For general cruising with family and or friends, she has ambient space and an accommodation for both luggage and provisions for a long time at sea.
Sailing an X-Yacht and in particular a X-362 is like travelling on the fast train. You will endure long passage at ease in no time.
Present owner has put a lot of effort into getting her up to date having added a new engine, a bowthruster for easy harbour maneouvring, new sails, sprayhood and sprayhood extension and a lot more.
