Hallberg Rassy 37 is a well-built long-distance boat with good sailing characteristics and level of equipment. The boat is designed to thrive at sea, with the safety of the centercockpit and the stable sailing characteristics. At the same time, a boat that invites for long stays on board, with large spaces below deck. In the years 2003–2012, 200 numbers of the Hallberg-Rassy 37 have been built. In 2006, the model won "Boat of the year" designated by Cruising World Magazine in the USA, in the category "Production Cruiser 37-39 ft". The Hallberg-Rassy 37 is a coastal yacht with ocean capacity, and the tankage is generous for long range cruising.
The cockpit is well protected by the HR-typical windshield with an openable center window and handrails on the side windows. The aft deck is large and helps movement on deck around the cockpit easy. Under the cockpit where the engine room is located, is very large and accessible for service even in slightly more difficult conditions. In the stern there is a spacious aft cabin and in the bow a cabin with a double berth, sleeping capacity for a total of seven people on board. There is plenty of stowage space in the cabins. In between is a lounge, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, navigation table and toilet with shower. The salon has plenty of natural light. The boat's fine wooden interior in mahogany is built by experienced boat builders in Orust.
This Hallberg-Rassy is being sold by its third owner. The boat has always been in Finnish ownership and is professionally serviced and maintained. Winter stored in a warm hall in Turku.
