Hallberg Rassy 312 in very good condition. Finding a replacement for the HR-31 Monsoon was a bit of a challenge for Hallberg Rassy, but the master duo Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein created this spacious, very seaworthy and later very popular 31 foot boat, which also later came in an MK 2 version. A total of 690 units of this popular boat were built in the years 1979-1993.
The hull was made of GRP with both longitudinal and transverse reinforcements that make the boat stiff and strong. The semi-flush deck and the somewhat elevated freeboard made the HR-312 considerably more spacious than the boats of the time of similar size.
This boat has been extensively updated by its previous and current ownership with, among other things, new teak decks in 2007, new elevated Selden rig in 2013 (with in-mast furler and all lines lead back to cockpit), bowthruster, bowsprit as well as new instrumentation in 2016, brand new Yanmar 3YM30 engine as well as new sail drive in 2022, full underwater hull epoxy treatment, new spray hood and cockpit extension also in 2022 as well as much more. The list is long and can be found described in the equipment list, which you can download in pdf above.
The current owner goes ashore, and the boat is now looking for new owners for new adventures. Feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to book a showing.
